1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and tm15.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tm15.ph website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. tm15.ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe that any eligibility requirement is not met.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of tm15.ph Services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on tm15.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, tm15.ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tm15.ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify tm15.ph support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tm15.ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tm15.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. tm15.ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. tm15.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but we aim to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tm15.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated fees are borne by the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tm15.ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tm15.ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire at the end of the stated validity period.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tm15.ph — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

tm15.ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7 Prohibited Conduct

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tm15.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tm15.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Termination

tm15.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification.
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Inactivity of the account for an extended period as defined in our account management policy.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting tm15.ph customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the tm15.ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
